Terms and Service

  • Clients must agree with the Terms of Service before proceeding with the commission

1. PAYMENT1. 100% upfront via PayPal invoice for commission under $200(USD)2. A Payment Plan is available for commission above $200: 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.3. Listed prices, rates, and offered commissions are subject to change at any time. Quoted prices may include additional charges.5. Clients can track their commissions through this Commission Tracking
Any information required for the commission are to be sent to the artist
2. REFUND POLICY1. Full refund = The net amount I received after Paypal transaction fee deduction.2. Full refund can be requested via email before work begins.3. Full refunds won't be accepted if the work has already begun. Please contact the artist as soon as possible if they have any issues with their order.
In the case Payment Plan applies, the client is able to cancel their order, however the 50% upfront payment will not be refunded.
4. Should the artist be rendered unable to finish the work due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, illness,…) the client will be fully refunded.5. Should the client issue any refunds due to any unforeseen circumstances, please inform the artist of the problem so that a refund can be made fully or the amount be negotiated.3. THE ARTIST1. The artist retains copyright, ownership, and redistribution of the commissioned work (including sketches, drafts, timelapses). Redistribution by the artist will be in the form of self promotion, display on social medias and other platforms (portfolio websites, etc).2. The artist will require the clients' permission for wide redistributions in the form of physical/ digital items (ie. prints, zines, page(s) within an artbook etc)
Should the client have restrictions on said redistribution (due to legal or personal reasons), please inform the artist
3. The artist have right to create content from works-in-progress of commissioned work(s),
Examples include: timelapse videos of the commissioned work, related art processes content in both video and image form, and other similar content.
4. The artist have right to decline your commission request for points mentioned in the next point and/ or for other personal reasons5. The following is a non-exhaustive list of materials the artist will not draw:
- Graphic and Explicit Sex (Nudity is fine)
-Hateful, obscene, inflammatory, or otherwise offensive subjects.
-Any discriminatory subjects
6. The artist have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. Older versions will become invalid as soon as the latest Terms of Service is published4. THE CLIENT1. The Client must be above 18 years old to order a commission.2. Commissions are for personal use only: gifts, display on social medias for profile pictures, banners, and posts with credit to the artist (@crunchyncrumbly), print and display in personal spaces.3. Use of any work in progress The Artist has drawn to commission other artists is prohibited. Do not trace, edit, resell or make profit from the commission. Cropping the artwork to post online is okay!4. Usage of the commission for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain, is strictly prohibited.5. TIMELINE & PROCESS1. The complete art process (in the case of a Polished work) will be in this following order:
sketch → line art → coloring → shading → finished artwork.
2. Final artwork will be sent via email or google drive link in .png image format. This does not include the working files (.psd, .csp). File will be of highest resolution (300dpi) and include a small watermark.6. REVISIONS1. Maximum of 3 revisions (3 rounds) in the sketch stage, 2 revisions in lineart and color stage, free of charge. Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.2. Client requests of any major revisions after the lineart, color, and final stages; such as changes that requires redrawing characters, recreating backgrounds, etc; will cost additional fee.3. The Artist however offers suggestions and/ changes to the commissioned work within the process (which the client can refuse) which will be free of charge.4. The preferable feedback time from the client is in one week maximum. If there's still no contact after 2 weeks, The Artist will move on to the next stage.
